The service
Replyloop replies to comments and messages on the Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you connect, using Meta’s official APIs and the automations you write. Meta decides which events it sends and which messages it allows; Replyloop can’t guarantee delivery when Meta limits or refuses a message.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you are allowed to manage.
- Follow Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms and community guidelines, and the Meta Platform Terms. Don’t use Replyloop for spam, misleading messages, or anything unlawful.
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, where offered, renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan and billing; the workspace then returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
Ending
You can delete connected accounts or ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the service or other people.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue or data, or for actions taken by Meta on your accounts.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page.
